The successful CDP will be expected to support a working environment which promotes a positive attitude, pride and good moral whilst ensuring high standards of quality control, handling and storage of commodities to current legislation.
As Sous Chef you will form part of a brigade of 10 chefs who provide for all hotel outlets as well as a variety of functions. You will receive an annual salary up to £37k as well as generous company benefits.
