Package Details: The successful candidate will receive a salary of £23,000-£28,000 Per Annum Other benefits include: • Flexible working options (after probation). • A 9-day fortnight scheme (work nine days out of ten, with every other Friday off). • 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays. • Professional development support, including exam sponsorship. Duties and Responsibilities: Your duties will include but not be limited to: Administrative Support: • Prepare and process client documentation, forms, and agreements. • Manage accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM systems. • Schedule and coordinate client meetings for advisors. Client Service: • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring friendly and professional communication. • Prepare reports, valuations, and summaries for client reviews. Compliance & Data Management: • Ensure all client files comply with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations. • Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client (KYC) checks. Coordination & Communication: • Liaise with product providers and financial institutions to resolve queries. • Support financial advisors in research and analysis of financial products. Process Improvement: • Contribute to improving company procedures and systems for efficiency. Skills and Qualifications: Essential: • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: • Knowledge of financial products, platforms, and services (e.g., pensions, ISAs, investments). • Experience in an IFA or financial services environment.
