We have an exciting full time, permanent opportunity for a Families Service Coordinator to join a supported accommodation service in Halton offering resettlement services to Families.
We are seeking an individual who is able to motivate a team, is flexible, has great communication skills and is capable of enhancing an already successful service delivery.
As a Families Service Coordinator, your focus will be on delivering the service, ensuring high standards of compliance in support, housing and accommodation management and developing strong positive partnerships with the local authority and other providers in the region.
For this role, we are seeking an individual who will prioritise the support of the people you will be working directly with and embed the services' ethos and values into practice and seek opportunities to achieve positive change and creative approaches to support young people to achieve their aspirations and independence in line with Ofsted standards.
To be successful for this position, you must hold first hand face to face experience as a support worker as well as having experience within a supervisory and/or management role.
Ideally, you will hold a Level 3 NVQ Qualification within Health and Social Care or Children and Young People.
The successful candidate must hold a full UK drivers license.
