Job: Production and Blending Operative
We are looking for an enthusiastic Blending Operative to join our client’s team in Stroud.
In return, you’ll be responsible for producing batches of our finished product ready for bottling in a fast-paced environment, blending and testing to make sure it conforms to the highest standards.
We need you to have good English and maths skills, to be capable of following written instructions and completing paperwork correctly. You will also be monitoring raw material usage on our SAP system and cleaning the machinery after use.
You’ll need to be able to work both as part of a team and without direct supervision, always following good manufacturing practices. Communication is important, as is a willingness to learn. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Shift Pattern: -
Earlies - Monday to Thursday 05.30 – 14.00 and Friday 05.30 – 13.00 (10% shift upload)
Lates – Monday to Thursday 13.45 – 22.15 and Friday 12.45 – 20.15 (10% shift upload)
Nights – Sunday 22.45 – 06.15 and Monday to Thursday 21.45 – 06.15 (33% shift upload)
You will rotate on a weekly basis.
