About the role You will undertake a key role in the development and delivery of the teaching programmes across our Skills Centre area from Level 1 through to Level 3 (Knowledge of Extended Project delivery would be an advantage). You will also be responsible for personal/group tutorials, tracking, monitoring, ILP completion, Transition, and liaising with parents and external partners. About the Person An outstanding, confident, and energetic teacher, you will need to have a proven history of successful outcomes with students who are NEET/disadvantaged and a commitment to inspire and motivate disengaged and challenging young people. To do this you will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, lots of resilience, good knowledge of IT, and ideally be able to drive a mini-bus (although not essential).
