Finance recruitment desk opportunity in Croydon!
* Location: Croydon (4 days in the office and 1 working from home after a period of training)
* Salary: £27,500 - £35,000 per annum (plus uncapped commission)
You'll be covering the Bromley patch - developing business, servicing clients, registering candidates and chasing leads.

In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the forefront of business development. Your day-to-day tasks include:
* Targeted Business Development: Proactively reach out to potential clients, build relationships, and explore new business opportunities.
* Client Interaction: Attend meetings with business clients, understand their recruitment needs, and provide tailored solutions.
* Candidate Sourcing: Source and assess suitable candidates for vacancies, ensuring a perfect match between talent and opportunity.
* Relationship Management: Maintain excellent relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
* Performance Metrics: Work towards targets and KPIs, driving results and maintaining quality standards.
Skills & Experience Needed:
