Supporting Young People in Need
Quarriers Ayrshire Youth Housing Service is seeking a dedicated Transition Mentor to join our team. As a Transition Mentor, you will work with young people aged 16-25, providing housing support, mentoring, and guidance to help them achieve their goals and ambitions.
Our team covers the South Ayrshire area, and as a Transition Mentor, you will be visiting young people in their daily lives, providing advice on employment, education, and social community integration. Building long-lasting relationships and trust is crucial in this role, as some of the young people we support may have experienced trauma in their lives.
