Position: Production Planner (LTN)

What you’ll be doing:
1. You will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of scheduled maintenance work packages.
2. You will coordinate resources, tooling, and equipment to support planned maintenance while working closely with Stores to ensure the availability of aircraft parts and materials.
3. You will monitor and manage unscheduled maintenance requirements, ensuring compliance with MEL and CDL operational procedures.
4. Accuracy in completing technical logs and paperwork is essential, as is promoting engagement and recognition within the team to support easyJet’s culture.
5. You will drive continuous improvement within the department, ensuring adherence to company policies, operational manuals, and health and safety legislation while identifying and implementing process enhancements.
What you’ll need to do the role:
1. We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in effective maintenance planning.
2. You should be confident in front-line, face-to-face management, including stakeholder engagement, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
3. A high level of personal and professional flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential.
4. You’ll need excellent organisational, communication, and written skills, along with proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
5. Experience with AMOS would be an advantage.

Location & Hours of Work:
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be a 5/5/4 shift rotation, 10 hour shifts, days only.
