Location: Site-based, LN4 1NJ, Branston, Lincoln
Salary: £59,280k (DOE)
Hours: Monday-Friday 06:00-15:00

We are seeking a results-driven Maintenance Manager to lead our engineering team at our Lincoln Fresh Factory, ensuring a strong focus on Health and Safety, fostering a positive team culture, and meeting production targets. Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership and Health & Safety:
o Lead and motivate a team to promote Health and Safety standards and cultivate a positive team attitude.
o Act as the primary point of contact for the Engineering department.
2. Collaboration and Reporting:
o Report directly to the Engineering Manager, collaborating cross-functionally on-site.
o Work closely with the Engineering Manager to schedule preventive maintenance and enhance manufacturing infrastructure efficiency.
3. Team Development:
o Develop and train engineering teams across shifts.
o Implement lean and continuous improvement techniques to achieve cost savings and improve work processes.
4. Compliance and Standards:
o Ensure all standards and procedures are in place and regularly updated to govern safe working practices, including good GMP practices.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven track record of leading a diverse Engineering team within an FMCG environment.
* Proven record in managing an engineering budget to comply with a given set budget.
* Experience with CCMS systems.
* IOSH certified; NEBOSH preferable.
* Good communication skills with members of staff at all levels.
* Experience contributing to a multifunctional management team.
* Experience in report writing including RCA reports.
* Qualified to a high level in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
* Minimum of 3 years experience working at management level.
