Key Responsibilities:
* Communication
* Managing a busy diary of appointments
* Organisational skills - managing multiple tasks to ensure colleagues travelling, meetings and the office run smoothly.
* Data management – conducting AML checks as required, highlighting the importance of data management.
* Collaboration – effectively collaborating with various individuals within the business.
* Technology proficiency - high-level competency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
We are looking for someone personable and confident as you will be the only secretary for this team, making confidence crucial for this role.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Client On-boarding and AML Checks: Facilitate the on-boarding of new clients and conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks to ensure compliance.
* Diary and Email Management: Efficiently manage various diaries and emails across the tax team, ensuring smooth communication and scheduling.
* Booking Travel and Accommodation: Organise necessary arrangements for off-site meetings.
* Correspondence and Administration: Handle daily correspondence and administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.
* Planning and Co-ordination: Proactively plan and co-ordinate relevant activities for partners and the wider team.
