Responsibilities and Duties
The role is varied, and the below duties are not exhaustive.
1. Create and maintain a strategic marketing plan with an emphasis towards Inbound Marketing based on agreed target personas and sectors, including channel recommendations, budgets and timings.
2. Deliver a target number of marketing qualified leads (MQL) via a mix of marketing channels, including but not limited to, social media, SEO, website conversion, social/online advertising and email marketing at an acceptable CPA.
3. Create or commission content as identified in the plan including but not limited to, web pages, blog posts, social media posts and graphics, emails, video and banner ads in line with brand guidelines for use at the various stages of the inbound marketing funnel.
4. Initiate campaign measurement, produce results and KPI reports, analyse successes and failures, and uphold a process of continual improvement.
5. Develop HubSpot best practice and share the knowledge with relevant stakeholders.
