We are currently seeking a qualified health and social care teacher or an experienced individual with relevant experience covering/teaching Health and Social Care in a UK secondary school.
One of our amazing partner schools in Coventry require a Health and Social Care teacher on a full time basis to begin ASAP or after Feb HT.

Pay Rate:
£150-250 per day (we will pay to scale for all fully qualified teachers in a long term role)
Hours:
Full Time (Mon-Fri)
The ideal applicant will:
1. Hold a UK QTS for Health and Social Care
2. Have experience delivering Health and Social Care lessons in a UK secondary school
3. Have a strong knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum for Health and Social Care
4. Be confident with their behaviour management techniques
5. Have a strong passion for education and can commit to a full time position
6. Have the ability to plan and mark
You will be responsible for:
1. Planning and delivering engaging Health & Social Care lessons in line with the national curriculum
2. Regularly assessing and monitoring pupils' learning and progress
3. Providing feedback in a timely manner to all pupils to help them improve their development
4. Ensuring pupils are in a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment
5. Communicating effectively with all staff, pupils and parents alike
