Job Summary
The Sales Administrator (based in Woolpit, Suffolk) plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by ensuring efficient administrative processes and maintaining excellent customer service standards. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various software applications. The ideal candidate will be proactive, IT-savvy, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
The main aim of the Sales Administrator is to support the Trade Account Managers to maintain and develop new customers, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service. The business front is an online web shop generating sales and even more importantly trade leads, the majority of our business in Cli-Mate is direct with trade customers.
The role is wide ranging dealing with inbound enquiries, administrative tasks, using our live chat section on our website and customer service for any existing or new customers for the business. The customer range is also wide and can be, for example end-users, trades people, builders and installers.
Duties:
1. Effectively communicate in oral and written communications
2. Dealing with incoming calls
3. Supporting internal sales team
4. Producing quotations
5. Managing projects through the design process
6. Dealing with logistics queries
7. Manage the general inbox
8. Handle live chat enquiries
9. Order processing
10. Dealing with returns & credits
11. Identifying and handing opportunities to the Trade Account Managers
12. Maintain a high level of customer service
13. Review plans and specifications, consult customers to ensure they are purchasing the correct products for their needs
14. Handle technical queries when required
Skills Required:
1. Effectively communicate in oral and written communications
2. Confident telephone manner

4. Confident use of a PC to communicate internally and externally

7. Friendly, energetic personality
8. Experience within the trade is preferred but not essential; all training on systems and products will be given.
Systems Knowledge:
1. CRM system to maintain accurate customer records for all communication and organising workflow.
2. Microsoft Office package, including Outlook for the use of email, Excel for recording data which along with the telephone these are critical tools for this role.
Bonus Scheme:

Schedule:
1. Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm 1hr lunch)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
