The Experience of Care team is looking for someone to undertake this brand-new role on a 12-month fixed-term contract or as a secondment. This job will have a clinical focus, providing insight to the morbidity and mortality data being collated across the trust whilst assessing the bereavement care service provision and learning from death at UHS. The role will be there to propose interventions for the improvement of these services, remaining responsible for developing, delivering and evaluating the delivery of high-quality bereavement care for patients/service users, families and carers.
