About the Role: As a Digital Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving online sales and achieving ambitious performance goals. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing and optimising various online marketing channels, including paid search (PPC), social media advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and display advertising. Implementing robust tracking and analytics tools to measure campaign performance and identify key metrics. Analysing data to gain valuable insights into customer behaviour, campaign effectiveness, and areas for improvement. Making data-driven optimisations to enhance the performance of marketing campaigns across different channels. Calculating and reporting on return on investment (ROI) for each marketing channel. Allocating budget effectively across different marketing channels based on performance and ROI. Conducting A/B testing to identify the most effective marketing strategies. Collaborating closely with other marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximise results. About You: Proven experience in Digital Performance and Optimisation or similar role in a consumer industry. Strong understanding of various online marketing channels and platforms. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
