Job Description
The Oldham College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multidisciplinary Skills Trainer to join our Construction and Work-Based Learning team on a fixed-term basis.
This role involves supporting apprentices and learners in achieving their learning objectives by providing high-quality teaching, assessment, and feedback. The successful candidate will also engage with employers to design and deliver a curriculum that meets the needs of the industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment that enables students to thrive. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching methods and assessments that meet the needs of the students.
The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering training and assessment in a multi-trades setting. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employers, students, and colleagues.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
