As a Collections Strategy Analyst, you'll drive key pivotal initiatives to improve performance, reduce operational costs, and minimise bad debt exposure. Your knack for turning data into actionable insights will empower the design of progressive strategies that align seamlessly with our business goals.
Working closely with the Head of Credit & Collections and a range of partners, you'll collaborate across teams as a trusted advisor and technical guide. Your passion for continuous improvement will fuel innovation, boost cash collections, and elevate the efficiency of our Collections function - delivering measurable results for both the team and the wider business.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:
* Experience in SQL Server or similar programming languages
* Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills; highly numerate
* Experience of using relational databases
* Strong MS Office skills particularly Excel and Powerpoint
* Complete understanding of the credit risk lifecycle
* Statistical Analysis skills

* Ability to collaborate closely and work with other departments
* Ability to generate ideas to challenge existing business practices
* Very strong analytical background to be able to answer business-based questions
* Experience of working with different software products
