Are you an experienced Office Manager or Administrative Assistant looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a dynamic individual to join an Operations team to provide vital administrative support. If you have a background in administration as a Personal Assistant, Office Manager or similar, we’d love to hear from you! We’re looking for candidates who can start quickly, ideally with a notice period of 2 weeks or less.
As an Operations Administrator your role will include:
1. Prepare and manage quotes, bids, tenders, and proposals
2. Create and distribute feedback surveys
3. Provide ad-hoc support to various departments as needed
4. Handle client and team inquiries, including logging, tracking, and resolving issues efficiently
What we’re looking for:
1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
2. Strong organisational abilities and exceptional attention to detail
3. Prior experience in an administrative role
4. A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle, as the office location requires driving

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm. This role is fully office based in Arundel and paying a salary of £25,000. You do need a valid UK driving licence with your own vehicle due to the location.
