Job Advert: Administrative Assistant – Property Development
We are a growing property development company based in the North West, currently seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team on a Full or part-time basis.
This varied role will suit someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a flexible approach to working across both administrative and creative tasks.
Location: Hybrid working – with travel required to our office in Lymm once or twice a week, and occasional site visits within the Manchester area.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support to the team, including document preparation, filing, scheduling, and correspondence
* Assist in the coordination of property development projects
* Support with social media content creation, scheduling and engagement across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.)
* Maintain internal records, databases and contact lists
* Liaise with suppliers, contractors and clients as needed
* Carry out site visits to support project management and documentation (travel expenses covered)
Ideal Candidate
* Previous administrative experience, ideally within the property or construction sector (though not essential)
* Confident managing social media platforms with a creative flair and good understanding of current trends
* Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
