Best Practice Network is looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Executive to join our team and play a key role in showcasing the impact of our industry-leading education and training programmes. With over 20 years of experience, Best Practice Network is a trusted provider of professional development for teachers and teaching assistants, offering a suite of programmes including the NPQs, ITT, and specialist apprenticeships. As a Marketing Executive, you'll help us reach new audiences, highlight the benefits of our programmes, and demonstrate the difference we make to schools and communities. Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Craft engaging and impactful copy for emails, brochures, websites, and social media ads that align with our brand and effectively communicate our programme benefits. Campaign Management: Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and enrolment. Brand Storytelling: Highlight the real-world impact of our programmes through compelling case studies and participant stories. Digital Marketing: Collaborate on digital strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media, to maximise reach and ROI. Data-Driven Insights: Analyse campaign performance and use insights to refine and improve marketing strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with programme leaders, designers, and external partners to ensure consistency and creativity in all marketing outputs. About You: A minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing, with a proven ability to differentiate between effective and ineffective copy. A creative mindset with the initiative to innovate and push marketing boundaries. Outstanding writing skills with the ability to craft beautiful, engaging, and persuasive content. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Experience with email marketing tools, CMS platforms, and social media advertising.
