As a Paint Preparation Technician, you will join the growing team in our large body centre, supporting all of our Holdcroft sites with the preparation of accident damaged vehicles.
Being responsible for the preparation of all vehicles before paint, you will work with a high attention to detail to ensure all jobs are completed to a high standard and deliver customer satisfaction. Duties will include but are not limited to sanding down panels, priming repaired panels, minor repairs, and masking vehicles.

Required skills as a Paint Technician:
* ATA / NVQ level 3 qualification would be advantageous.
* Positive attitude to work, customers, and all members of staff.
* Work well as a team and independently.
* Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* Full UK driving license.
* Knowledge and understanding of working within a similar role.
