Pensions - Empowering Retirement Security Our dynamic Wiltshire Pension Fund Management team are on the lookout for a Data Reporting and Performance Lead The Wiltshire Pension Fund administers pensions on behalf of around 180 different employer organisations, ranging from local authorities, FE colleges, academies, charities and third-party service providers. The Pension Team is responsible for the governance and administration of the Wiltshire Pension Fund. As the Data Reporting and Performance Lead, you will be responsible for the production, verification and CIPFA guidance compliance of the Pension Fund’s statutory reporting requirements. You will lead on the Pension Fund’s data management, including undertaking regular data cleansing exercises, overseeing necessary remedial action for system data quality control, and ensuring that key data reconciliations are established, reported on and are being met. Other responsibilities will be developing and producing management information such as KPIs and performance data, delivering regular, accurate and meaningful reporting on the Pension Fund’s overall performance and administration KPIs and in-depth analysis of the reports produced. Our ideal candidate will have proven, extensive knowledge and experience specific to the Local Government Pension Scheme. You will possess a good understanding of programme and project management methodologies, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to lead on programmes of work with a variety of stakeholders. Experience in implementing cross-service change initiatives, preparation of business cases and writing, presenting and delivering proposals for service improvement, will be essential.
