Role & Responsibilities
* Maintain a close working relationship with the Program Manager, keeping them regularly informed of progress and any problems that may cause a deviation from the SOW or the program timeline.
* As the primary technical contact with the customer, build excellent customer relationships through customer management skills, attentiveness to technical needs, and prompt responses to customer requests.
* Be proficient in generating summary presentations and delivering these to customers either face-to-face or during telecoms.
* Coordinate the technical activities of multidisciplinary teams (upstream, downstream, and analytical) to ensure that key project activities are kept on track.
Qualifications and Experience
* Degree in biological sciences
* Substantial experience in academia or industry, either in an R&D or manufacturing environment related to biological sciences
* Experience dealing effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds
