Role Description
This is a full-time, permanent on-site role for a Helpdesk Operations Manager at SCSFM Limited. The role will oversee contact centre operations, build client, colleague and contractor relations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage day-to-day operations and escalations, utilise analytical skills, prepare reports and implement workforce management strategies.
Reporting to the board the successful candidate will manage a busy, experienced FM team and will be able to work well under pressure and adhere to tight client deadlines. Managing office colleagues, directly employed engineers and a network of pre-approved long standing sub-contractors you will be expected to lead the team in an enthusiastic, upbeat, professional manner ensuring you bring the very best out of the hard-working team around you.
Experience Required:
* Previous experience in facilities management or property solutions industry is essential
* Helpdesk Management and Operations Management skills are a prerequisite
* Experience in driving Customer Satisfaction initiatives
* Strong Analytical Skills
* Proficiency in Workforce Management
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* IT literate and experience in Microsoft packages
