If you’ve got a couple of years’ experience working in an office environment, strong admin skills, and a desire to build a long-term career, we want to hear from you. Office based, Monday to Friday 09.00 -17.30 What does it involve? Managing shipment files through the customs process Completing import customs declarations Handling and checking key documentation Communicating with clients, partners, and internal teams Supporting with invoicing, queries, and port health checks About you: Office experience and strong admin skills A keen eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines Great communication and teamwork Customs or shipping knowledge is a bonus – not essential Confident with Word, Excel (Cargowise experience a plus) What’s in it for you?
