Admin and Accounts Assistant Braintree £13.50 per hour Part-Time ( 21 hours a week) We are currently seeking a Part Time Admin and Accounts Assistant to join our client's dynamic team in Braintree, on a permanent basis. Duties and Responsibilities: Transferring information onto Excel from clients. Writing purchase orders. Maintain accurate financial records using Xero Process sales and purchase invoices Using QuickBooks software. Printing and filing invoices. Answering email enquiries and taking phone calls. Meeting and Greeting clients Your Background & Skill: You must possess excellent organisational and time management skills. Attention to detail and strong data analysis abilities are essential. Previous experience in an administrative and financial role is essential. A can-do attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are crucial. Excellent communication skills. Previous experience working with clients and customers, delivering a quality service at all times.
