G4S Facilities Management are recruiting an Air Conditioning Engineer on a full-time, permanent basis based in Cheltenham. We are looking for someone who is positive, proactive, and resourceful, using these skills to deliver planned and reactive maintenance as defined within CAFM or as allocated by their supervisor. With experience in a facilities maintenance environment or similar, you will carry out mechanical installation, inspection, and testing (depending on your qualifications) to support project delivery as required. Responsibilities Respond to defects, faults, and client requests, collaborating with others to resolve issues and ensure a safe working environment. Deliver all work to a high standard, adhering to SLAs, KPIs, and Health & Safety regulations. Use a mobile PDA device to support service delivery, maintain records for statutory inspections, and requisition materials as needed. Escort and oversee contractors, ensuring compliance with risk assessments, method statements, and contract KPIs. Actively contribute to a clean, safe, and healthy workspace, and undertake overtime as required. Build positive client relationships, uphold G4S values, and follow corporate safety and security policies. Identify training and development needs and carry out additional tasks as assigned. Maintain a professional attitude and image in all service delivery aspects.
