We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Roving Facilities Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of multi-site assets, including retail, commercial, and industrial properties. This is an exciting opportunity to take full autonomy of your role, where you will have the freedom to manage your own diary and travel across various locations to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the facilities. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of the facilities management for a portfolio of sites, including retail, commercial, and industrial properties. Manage contractors and subcontractors to ensure the highest standard of service is delivered across all sites. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, with a strong understanding of health and safety requirements. Oversee and manage budgets for site maintenance and repairs. Prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring all sites are managed efficiently and deadlines are met. Regularly communicate with stakeholders and clients via email to provide updates, reports, and address any concerns. Manage your own schedule and ensure all site visits and tasks are completed to a high standard without the need for micromanagement. Report on operational issues, identify improvements, and take proactive measures to address concerns. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in facilities management across multiple sites, ideally with a mix of retail, commercial, and industrial assets. Highly organized and able to effectively manage your own diary and schedule. Strong experience working independently, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Comfortable with communicating primarily via email and managing relationships remotely. Ability to manage and coordinate contractors and subcontractors to ensure service excellence. Strong budget management skills, ensuring financial control and cost efficiency. Self-motivated, proactive, and trustworthy with the ability to work autonomously. Why Apply?
