The Role:
My mainstream client based a short commutable distance from Didcot is actively seeking a History Teacher to join their team from either Easter or September 2025 on a full-time permanent basis. My client is seeking a passionate subject specialist. As the History Teacher you will be integral in ensuring students are supported and receive the highest quality education. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organisational skills, as full planning and marking responsibilities are expected for the delivery of lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5. Additionally you will need a QTS qualification, with applications from ECTs wholeheartedly encouraged.

This is an established and historical school based a short distance from a range of local amenities. The school boasts excellent professional development opportunities, in addition to a comprehensive ECT programme. As such, this is an excellent opportunity for both experienced Maths Teachers seeking a new environment and ECTs looking to begin their career in education. This position pays a salary across the main and upper pay scales depending on the successful English Teacher’s experience £31,650 - £49,084 per annum.
