We are currently seeking to appoint two inspirational and enthusiastic Facilities Lead to work in our Facilities department. The purpose of this role is to contribute to the provision of first-class facilities for students and staff providing a safe, secure environment for students, staff and visitors. Using specialist multi skills in plumbing, carpentry or painting and decorating. The Facilities Lead plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment by delivering a prompt and competent repair and maintenance service. Due to the nature of this role there may be a requirement at times to work out of doors in all weathers. The successful candidate must have: Previous experience in a multi skilled tradesman or similar facilities role Experience of working within a busy and demanding environment A good knowledge of using online systems and Microsoft Words, Excel and Outlook Maths & English GCSE / Level 2 equivalent (achieved or willing to obtain) NEBOSH qualification or currently working towards certificate is desirable Applications will however be shortlisted on a rolling basis and we reserve the right to interview and appoint before this closing date.
