Minimum Qualifications:
Ideally, the successful candidate will have achieved a minimum of 5 GCSE's including Maths and English Grade 4 or above / or equivalent.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* When answering the phone to customers, they will answer all their questions, take their bookings, and their payments.

* Be customer-focused with good communication skills, both spoken and written.
* Effective organisation skills.
* Ability to produce consistently accurate work.
* The ability to work as part of a team.
