Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist to join our team at Hall Cliffe School and Hall Cliffe Primary School in Wakefield.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with young people with complex needs, including ADHD, autism, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties.
About the Role
As part of our multi-disciplinary clinical team, you will support educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments. You will offer individualised interventions and engagement to our young people based on clinical assessment and formulation.
* Provide consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to the educational and residential teams around our children.
* Work collaboratively within our schools and children's homes to ensure that therapeutic support permeates every aspect of the education, care, and support we offer all of our children and young people.

Requirements
* Be a qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC.
* Have proven skills and experience assessing, formulating, and supporting the delivery of therapeutic interventions with children and young people with complex needs.
* Experience supporting the team around a child or young person to provide clinically informed living and learning environments and experiences.
* Be a confident, engaging, and effective model, guide, leader, and trainer.
* Be highly organised and ready to take the initiative.
* Be committed to ensuring the best outcomes for young people.
