Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Amazon Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our Amazon sales channel, ensuring our products are successfully marketed and sold on the platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon's marketplace dynamics, seller policies, and advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management: Oversee daily account operations, including inventory management, order processing, and customer service interactions to ensure optimal performance.
2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume and optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion.
3. Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
4. SEO and Advertising: Manage Amazon PPC campaigns, optimize product listings for SEO, and utilize A+ content to enhance product presentation and increase click-through rates.
5. Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all listings comply with Amazon's policies, manage product reviews, and address any issues related to product quality or seller performance metrics.
6. Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact between our company and Amazon, handling all escalations, negotiations, and strategic discussions.
7. Budget Management: Control and report on the marketing budget related to Amazon activities, ensuring cost-effective campaign management.
8. Market Research: Keep abreast of Amazon's algorithm changes, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
Qualifications:
Experience:
1. Minimum of 2-4 years in Amazon account management or similar eCommerce roles.
2. Proven track record of driving sales growth through Amazon.
Skills:
1. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
2. Excellent command of SEO, PPC, and Amazon's advertising platform.
3. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, or similar platforms.
4. Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience with other eCommerce platforms or marketplaces.
2. Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
3. Certifications in Amazon Advertising or related areas.
