Anker is looking for a Smart Security National Account Manager to join the eufy team to secure new and existing retail distribution. Experience and existing relationships with security retail buyers is essential. You must have a deep understanding of the CE retail landscape, demonstrating that you have key contacts in the biggest retailers and a proven track record in driving significant growth in your field and be able to demonstrate how you achieved this.
You need to be a hunter at heart, relentless in driving our eufy business.
Your Skills:
* Communicate with industry leading customers via phone, email, text, video, social media, etc., or in person meetings.
* Formulate and agree product and promotional business plans for all customers’ aligned to internal targets and KPIs
* Develop effective customer contacts with all relevant functions - commercial, buying, supply chain, store support and operations.
* Negotiate range pricing and promotional opportunities within each account - Seeking internal sign off, so as to meet both Net Sales and Operational Profit targets .
* Monitor the customer through accurate forecasting, sales in and sales out information, budgetary management. All must to be kept up to date weekly.
* Work with the Ops team to deliver against forecast, keeping Aged stock to a minimum.
* Maintain accurate and up to date records and report for all aspects of business to the Sales Leader and other relevant Departments.
* Develop good working relationships with all Anker internal depts. including Marketing, Product Management, Sales Administration, Customer service, Logistics, Credit Control and Finance
* Collect market information, including but not limited to, market data, industry trend, product standard and competitor’s analysis.
* Negotiate supply agreements with new and existing customers.
* Be able to travel regularly to meet new customers, or assist existing customers.
* Attend & participate in trade shows as and when requested by the business.
