We are seeking a dynamic Supplier Performance Manager to oversee the delivery of services through a multi-disciplinary outsourced contract with one of our longest-standing suppliers. This role operates across various functional disciplines and is based within our Property and Estates (P&E) team
.
Key Responsibilities of the Supplier Performance Manager include
* Attend operational performance meetings to ensure seamless contract management, including on-boarding, payment tracking, service delivery, and ongoing improvement
* Collaborate with internal business owners to support governance, decision-making, and alignment with commercial objectives
* Conduct data analysis and reporting to help the business make informed strategic decisions and identify trends across areas such as Finance, Site Access, General Practice Estates, and Dispute Resolution
* Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and service line owners, focusing on improved ways of working, contract management, and partnership growth
* Ensure that current service levels are maintained and proactively reviewed to meet future requirements, adapting contracts as necessary
* Provide support in resolving disputes, minimizing Opex spend, and achieving corporate objectives
The successful Supplier Performance Manager will have:
* Broad experience in estates and property management, including finance, litigation, data, and access management
* Experience negotiating and amending legal documentation
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen
