In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for playing a key part in future business growth, through the targeted prospecting of B2B leads. You will be given a full, structured training programme which rivals those of organisations far larger whilst having the opportunity to be recognised as making a real difference to the business.
In return, you can expect a strong benefits package and a competitive salary of c£34,000 + uncapped commission scheme, with regular salary reviews meaning year 2 expected earnings for an average performer of c£52,000 basic with uncapped commission scheme.
Responsibilities
* Contact prospective businesses to grow revenue, building ongoing business relationships with prospects
* Manage existing accounts, ensuring satisfaction and future business
* Ensure continuous growth of your key client base and proactively encourage engagement with your brand
* Provide industry leading guidance to clients
Skills & Experience
* At least 1 years’ experience in a sales environment
* Educated to degree level with at least a 2:1 essential
* Genuine desire to build a career in Sales, Business Development or Account Management essential
* Polite and professional telephone manner
* Proficient IT skills including MS Office
* Money motivated
