Join Our Friendly and Inclusive Primary School in Sandwell We are looking for a committed, proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team, working with children who have high and complex special educational needs. This is a hands-on role that requires a caring, practical approach to helping every child succeed both in and out of the classroom. About the Role: Supporting pupils with a range of high needs, including Autism, Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and physical disabilities. Providing personal care (toileting, changing, feeding) with dignity and sensitivity. Engaging pupils through sensory activities, differentiated learning, and 1:1 or small group support. Working collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and external specialists. Proactively adapting support strategies to meet individual pupils’ needs. About You: Hold a Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent qualification). Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is desirable. Confident and willing to provide personal care and feeding support.
