We are looking for an awesome Events Executive (Maternity Cover) to join our Sales team at The Retreat, Elcot Park located in West Berkshire. After extensive refurbishment the hotel has been transformed to offer individually bespoke designed bedrooms, two new exciting restaurant concepts, a state of the art spa facility with membership and many more experiences to offer our guests. This role will support the Sales Manager for The Retreat, whilst working in a close partnership with our General Manager and Group Director of Sales. Have a good understanding of our competitor set, and where we sit within the market. Be the main point of contact for all leisure events, with a focus on weddings and social bookings. Ensure high quality service, on time and to budget by managing weddings and events to enable us to fulfil our contracted promises to clients and guests consistently. Liase and build partnerships with our third party suppliers and ensure a strong working relationship with each of them. Act as a brand ambassador for The Retreat ensuring that a positive brand image is strengthened and maintained in all interactions with customers.
