* Hours: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
* Pay: £90.00 - £95.00 per day (based on experience)

A Learning Coach has the following responsibilities:
* Provide academic support and assist with assignments.
* Help students develop study skills, time management, and organization.
* Offer emotional support and encourage positive behaviour.
* Work with teachers to implement personalized learning plans.
* Track student progress and provide feedback.
* Foster independence and self-confidence in students.
* Assist in managing behavioural challenges and promoting self-regulation.
What We’re Looking For:
* Passion for supporting young people with SEN
* Education or care experience (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication skills, patience, and resilience
* Ability to build rapport and trust with students
* Proactive approach to supporting student development
* Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive environment
