Job Description
Responsible for acquiring new customers by delivering our Fit for the Future proposition to letting agents across the UK. To represent HomeLet and Let Alliance as the leader of lettings.
Demonstrate the ability to create, grow and manage a prospect pipeline of large agents that deliver referencing and our portfolio of products that support growth and business targets being achieved.
To onboard new agents into the business by following the HomeLet & Let Alliance onboarding process.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients whether existing and or new to the business.
Engage and lead with marketing to provide innovative ways to engage with new customers that supports acquisitions activity.
1. Grow a pipeline of agents with all sales opportunities clearly identified
2. To proactively increase the customer base within HomeLet
3. Complete all prospecting activity to approach and win large agents identified within pipelines
4. Identify business initiatives to help stimulate agency engagement and drive development opportunities for profitable growth
5. Present the HomeLet and Let Alliance portfolio of products to new agents
6. Proactively develop leads coming into the business through the Sales cycle reporting on progress with all leads in
7. Deliver a robust contact and sales strategy across allocated pipelines
