With a clear path to progress into Account Management or New Business Sales, 40% of our current account management team has progressed internally. You’ll be joining a successful and dynamic ADR team, working closely with marketing, sales, and account management to research, identify, prospect, and qualify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop your understanding of the finance sector and key decision-makers across multiple defined markets to build quality leads for the sales team.
2. Build AccessPay product knowledge and learn how to effectively communicate our solution's value proposition to potential customers (training provided).
3. Undertake existing business development through outbound contact via email, calls, and social channels.
4. Enhance campaigns by creating personalised, persona-based marketing content, including tailored emails and videos.
5. Convert leads into opportunities for the account management team, striving to meet and exceed KPIs and targets.
6. Develop your knowledge of the MEDDIC sales approach and apply it to your prospecting and qualification efforts.
7. Use Outreach.io to record and track all activities.
8. Leverage strong organisational skills to manage a pipeline of prospects and leads effectively.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
1. Experience in a B2B Sales, preferably within fintech or accountancy.
2. You need to be a highly motivated individual who is self-driven.
Preferred:
1. Some prior experience in an ADR role or an Account Management/Relationship Management role.
2. Finance related degree (or equivalent).
3. If prior experience in an SDR role, proven track record of hitting/exceeding targets.
4. You will be organised, diligent and methodical and combine this with initiative to leverage data to maximise outreach campaigns.
5. Strong motivation and desire to succeed in a tech sales business.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
7. A positive attitude, able to remain resilient and take initiative.
You will be entitled to 25 days’ holiday + 8 bank holidays increasing with length of service.
