The HR Administrator is a key member of the administrative staff within the school. Organised, flexible, friendly and self-motivated in their approach, they will have a calm manner and an ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders. They will have experience of managing recruitment and HR procedures with meticulous attention to detail and due regard for confidentiality and safeguarding processes. They will also provide efficient, and confidential administrative support to the Headteacher and other members of the Senior Leadership Team. The school is willing to support the right candidate with the necessary training in order to successfully complete the role.
