Marketing Executive - B2C
We’re looking for a creative marketing executive that’s particularly adept at copywriting, passionate about marketing, hungry to learn, ready to roll up their sleeves with all aspects of a busy marketing function and doesn’t take themselves too seriously.

Role
As part of your role, you’ll have the opportunity to be at the heart of our B2C marketing strategy, working across our two main brands. Being a collaborative and tight-knit team, we work closely together so you’ll receive plenty of support from the rest of the team.
This is a broad and exciting role where no two days are likely to be the same, so here’s just a few things that you’ll be involved in:
* Content strategy and copywriting - helping to create it and then deliver it. So whether that’s posting on our Instagram or Facebook accounts or making sure our website is on point, you’ll be the engine driving that.
* Campaign development - you’ll help to come up with concepts for brand building and acquisition campaigns and then bring them to life.
* Email marketing - Whether it’s sending out engaging comms to support sales or communicating with our customers, email is often at the heart of everything we do.
* Tracking, measuring and analysing all communications activity, in Google Analytics and HubSpot, in order to optimise and inform future activity.

* Work as One. As a considerate, communicative & thoughtful team player, you’ll use your excellent communication skills to work closely with the marketing and wider teams to deliver on our business goals.
* Creative. Use your knowledge about the market, the platforms available to us and our customers to come up with traffic-stopping content and ideas.
* Analytical problem solver that thinks laterally. You’ll need to be comfortable digesting and reporting on results from campaigns.
* Own It. We want you to take accountability for your tasks and projects, and ensure you’re creating and hitting the milestones needed to achieve overarching project objectives.
* Logical and comfortable with technology. We need you to be comfortable in picking up new technologies, such as HubSpot, and logically minded so that you can create complicated campaigns.
