Kepak Group, Red Meat UK division is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team, on a 12 months fixed term contract, to cover maternity leave. As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees.
In this fast-paced position, you will handle all payroll-related tasks and provide support for any payroll inquiries. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality will be key to your success in this role.
Kepak Red Meat UK division operates from three sites within the UK: St. Merryn site in Bodmin, Cornwall, St. Merryn in Merthyr Tydfil and McIntosh Donald, in Aberdeen.
This position, working Monday to Friday 40hrs/week, can be based on either of the three sites above. We can also offer hybrid work for the right candidate.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in payroll administration
* Strong knowledge of payroll systems and procedures
* Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
