Job summary Bracknell Urgent Care Centre, part of OneMedical Group, is looking for a Patient Navigator to join a thriving and dynamic team and help to facilitate the journey of all our registered and unregistered patients. This is a part-time job, 16 hours per week. The service is opened from 8am - 8:30 pm. Shifts can be agreed during interview. We offer unsociable hours pay for the hours worked after 6pm on week days (Monday to Friday) and all-day Saturday and Sunday 30% extra Main duties of the job The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, experience of using IT systems and work well under pressure. Working as part of a team who really care about putting our patients first will be a huge motivator. Experience as a Patient Navigator/Receptionist is desirable though not essential.
