Job Description: Compliance Director – Water Treatment and Water Hygiene Industry (Based in Glasgow)
Position Overview
The Compliance Director will oversee the regulatory, safety, and operational compliance for all water treatment and water hygiene services, ensuring alignment with industry standards and statutory requirements.
Based in Glasgow, this role is instrumental in driving compliance excellence across operations in Scotland and
beyond. A critical aspect of the position involves the development and delivery of training programs to enhance
compliance knowledge and skills within the team.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in water quality management, Legionella control, and safety compliance, coupled with proven experience in training and development.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance Oversight
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local, national, and international water quality and hygiene regulations,
with a focus on Scottish legislation.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust policies and procedures to guarantee adherence to regulatory and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments of water treatment and hygiene systems, identifying areas for improvement and leading corrective actions.
