We are seeking an Apprentice Digital Support Assistant to join our MAJIC practice group and support our Insurance Division. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that values accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration whilst working towards a Diploma in Digital Applications Support at SCQF Level 6 with QA Scotland.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nâ¢\tYou will provide first line support for clients when who wish to bring new work to the business and will process instructions for all new work and update details onto the \n system. You will also help with client queries and resolve any issues.\nâ¢\tYou will also be the first point of contact for internal stakeholders to resolves queries and provide updates on files when required.\n\nAssist the Scottish File opening team with processing instructions for all new matters.\nEnsure files are opened promptly to meet specific court deadlines.\nAccurately input management information into a centralized system and provide data analysis when required.\nReview datasets to validate data quality.\nPrioritise and organise work efficiently to meet specified deadlines.\nAdapt to changes in workload priorities and work flexibly.\n\nWorking with wider business teams including Fee Earning teams, Managed Services, PA and Support Teams, Facilities, Reprographics & Finance you will ensure that files are opened timeously to meet with specific court deadlines related to each file using the online file management system.\nMaintain electronic files in line with business processes and regulatory requirements.\n\nYou will use Microsoft teams to communicate with business stakeholders and use Outlook to respond to internal and external emails.\nYou will produce business reports and will use Excel to update spreadsheets and analysing data for the wider teams.\n\n The successful candidate for the Legal Support Assistant role will have the opportunity to develop advanced IT and software proficiency, enhance data management and analysis skills, and improve organisational and administrative abilities. They will also strengthen communication and teamwork skills, and learn to adapt to changes in workload priorities.
