Senior Events / Roadshow Coordinator - Banking - City based - 12 month initial contract - Paying £350/day (inside IR35)
You will be responsible for coordinating a number of large live, hybrid and virtual events and conferences across EMEA, delivering these to a high standard to ensure business goals and objectives are met.
Your experience:
Previous Events Coordination or Marketing Project Coordination experience on an international basis
Experience of working within a corporate (banking) environment
Any exposure or working within financial services would be highly advantageous
Manage logistics, invitations, travel, accommodation, and suppliers
Ability to work using own initiative, but also work as part of a wider team
As well as the above the client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills that can engage with stakeholders all levels
This would be working for an Investment Bank - so if you have previous experience working in Financial Services, that would be great - but isn't essential.
Hybrid - London based (3 times per week in the office)
This will include travel across the UK and EMEA for the delivery of these events
