Opportunity in Urgent and Emergency Care CYP&F Service

Role Responsibilities
Support the Head of Clinical Service in operational delivery, providing leadership, supervision, appraisal, and performance management to staff. Liaise with other health teams, Social Services, and Voluntary Agencies to maximize service provision and patient care.
Collaborate with senior management to support strategic development aligned with national and local priorities.
Support staff development and wellbeing, fostering a culture of excellence.
