Omega is partnering with a fantastic company in the hospitality industry. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will manage financial reporting, ensure compliance with regulations, and guide financial strategy to support the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities - Financial Controller
* Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Manage cash flow, forecasting, and financial stability.
* Implement and maintain financial controls.
* Collaborate on budget preparation and monitor performance.
* Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
* Liaise with external auditors and resolve any issues.
* Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements - Financial Controller
* Proven experience as a Financial Controller (2+ years preferred).
* Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage).
* Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
* Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) advantageous but not mandatory.
